Arrival & Departure
Rooms are normally available from 4pm on your day of arrival unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed. Please advise us if you are going to arrive later than 7pm. Rooms should be vacated by 10.30 am on your day of departure.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available from 7am to 9am Monday to Friday, and 8am to 9.30am on Saturday and Sunday.
Access
Both Kingston and Wellington rooms are accessed via the main staircase in the house and may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties. The Garden Flat is accessed via three shallow steps and a flat walkway.
No Smoking
Fulford Grange is entirely non smoking and we ask all guests to respect this policy strictly. We reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning costs otherwise incurred.
Pets
We regret that no pets are allowed, except assistance dogs at our discretion.
Payment
We do not accept credit or debit cards. Payment should be made by cheque, supported by a valid cheque guarantee card, or cash.
Cancellation, postponement or alteration of bookings
A non refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total is required to confirm bookings. If a booking is reduced this will be applied on a per day per room basis. We reserve the right to claim compensation in the event of cancellation / reduction, based on the following:
Less than 2 weeks notice - 100% of the total
1 month to 2 weeks notice - 75% of the total
Up to 1 month's notice - 50% of the total
We recommend that guests consider suitable insurance cover.
